Do you realize the costs and benefits of retaining your employees?

Presents
Jobcraft:
"The Art of Intentional Retention”

Employee retention is an ongoing concern, whether it be within your team, department, or organization. Today, the highest performers leave because of job satisfaction more than because of a manager, being unhappy with the organization, or uncertainty.
  • Good people should leave good jobs for good reasons.
  • Uncertain job satisfaction
  • By creating intentional conversations about what is most important to your employees.
  • The CPA Coach doesn’t skip any steps.
  • These same tools can be used to hire good people.

Our Featured Speaker:
Doug serves as a coach to executives in a wide range of industries. His journey includes over twenty years within the accounting profession, with the greater part of his initiation spent with some of the largest firms in the world, as well as calls to adventure as controller, CFO, and entrepreneur. As a former audit partner, Doug has been through the trials and transformation that many professionals experience and has expertise in many of the skills necessary to be successful in the workplace.
Changed by his personal and professional experiences, and in embracing his strengths of empathy and compassion, Doug began a new chapter of his professional career, developing the skills, experience, and knowledge to become a premier coach for professionals.
Doug is certified as a coach through the International Coach Federation and Coaches Training Institute, as well being a CPA. He continues his path to serve professionals by creating engaging coaching relationships. These connections empower growth to exceed his client’s expectations of business, career, and life, as they strive to be their best self.
Doug lives and works in Littleton where he enthusiastically juggles time between coaching, date nights with his wife, parenting their two children and finding time for the occasional horror movie, skateboarding adventure, or comic book.
It is time to start thinking about hiring a Summer Intern!

Come and share knowledge on current trends, best practices, leadership, and experiences that will help us grow as a community!

"I appreciate you making this such a great forum for reaching out to your colleagues and sharing your experiences. If you have a topic you would like to cover, or need a connection to others facing challenges similar to yours, please contact me."
