Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities' 25th Anniversary Celebration and Action Awards
Introducing the
Lifetime Trailblazer Award

CFPD is celebrating its 25th Anniversary by honoring individuals and groups who have made significant change
in the lives of people with disabilities.
We are proud to have had Linda Chism-Andre as a longtime volunteer board member for the Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities, and we honor her memory as we celebrate her contributions to CFPD and the many communities of which she was a valued member.

As part of that legacy, we've created a special award bearing her name, and she inspired us to recognize more people like her - those whose work as, for and with people with disabilities resulting in lasting change.

Take a moment to tell us about someone in your life who has made or is making that kind of change. We'd like to honor them, too, as we celebrate our own quarter century as a nonprofit. Click the button in the lower right to read the award categories, download a nomination form and send it to CFPD.
Established in 1994, CFPD is the largest and longest-standing locally managed pooled trust in Colorado. We provide a myriad of fiduciary services that offer protection, personalized attention, access to our network of organizations and services, financial guidance and someone on your side.
CFPD is a 501(c)3 Nonprofit. Click here to make a donation to our ongoing efforts.
Mark your calendars for this special event!
