CFPD Featured Donors

This month's donor feature highlights the Sheila & Rick Henderson Fund as well as a donor who recently contributed $10,000 to it: Pat Yuill. Pat also holds her own designated fund with CFPD—the Ken & Pat Yuill Family Fund—which pays out annually to Central Plains Cancer Services and Trinity United Church. For a closer look at the Sheila & Rick Henderson (Delta Beach) Marina, to which the Sheila & Rick Henderson Fund pays out annually, check out this video (shot by Michael Blume at Portage Online). If you’d like to contribute to either of the funds mentioned above, select them from the drop-down after hitting the “Donate Now” button on our website.

CFPD Impact Stories

This month's Impact Story highlights a grant given to Portage Daycare – Southport Site for the purchase of a commercial dishwasher. The dishwasher has allowed meal clean-up to become more efficient, freeing up valuable time for staff to spend with children instead of manually washing numerous dishes. To help fund community projects like these, select the "Smart & Caring Community Fund" from the drop-down after hitting the "Donate Now" button of our Make a Donation page.
