2026 Fall Community Grants Open—with NEW Online Application Process

Community organizations struggle to finance the many projects and programs they run in order to adequately serve the needs of our local residents, and CFPD is dedicated to continuing to provide valuable funding to as many groups as possible. There is over $212,000 available for granting this intake, and we hope to see a great variety of applications from multiple community groups. See the attached posts for more information on eligibility.

We are excited to announce that we have implemented a new ONLINE application form, to simplify the process for applicants and the Foundation alike. It is important to note that previous versions of our application forms will not be accepted, and all applications must be completed online going forward. If you require assistance with our online forms, or have any questions about the application process, please contact our office. The deadline to apply is Oct.15, 2026.
