Dear Members of the Western States Region,

As your WSR President, I am excited to invite all the clubwomen in our region to the 107th Annual Western States Region Conference in Park City, Utah, September 11-13, 2026. Just 35 miles east of Salt Lake City in the Wasatch Mountains, Park City in the fall will be a beautiful location for us to gather for our WSR Conference. You are certain to enjoy the conference, reconnecting with region members, enjoying interesting presentations and activities.

We will be joined by GFWC International President Wendy Carriker and GFWC President-elect Jolie Frankfurth, who will bring greetings and information from GFWC. There will be interactive, interesting, and informative presentations from each of the GFWC Program areas, so come prepared to get all the latest, current information!

Come early to the conference to enjoy tours organized by GFWC Utah – an all-day tour Thursday and another tour Friday morning. Park City has a rich 19th century silver mining history. Utah members will share with us the beautiful scenery, history, food, shopping, and sights now offered in the bustling town and surrounding area. More shopping is available at Utah’s Country Store offering a variety of handmade item and the GFWC Merchandise table.

If you have not already done so, be sure to make your hotel reservations before the deadline of August 9, 2026 to receive the special discount rate.

The registration form for the conference is included in the Call (at the end of this article) and the deadline for registration is August 9, 2026, no refunds after August 24, 2026.
