Mississauga, ON – The Canadian Golf Superintendents Association (CGSA) is delighted to announce that Prairie Turf Equipment has signed on to become the new sponsor for the CGSA Equipment Technician Award. This multi-year agreement marks a new significant partnership that will see Prairie Turf Equipment sponsor this prestigious award for the future. Part of this sponsorship means the award will now be called the CGSA Prairie Turf Equipment, Equipment Technician Award of the Year.
“We are pleased to welcome Prairie Turf Equipment on board as a valued partner for the CGSA Equipment Technician Award,” said Kathryn Wood, CEO of CGSA. “Their support will help to recognize and celebrate the contributions of equipment technicians who ensure golf courses maintain the highest standards of excellence.”
Prairie Turf Equipment, a leading provider of new and pre-owned turf equipment and golf cars, is committed to supporting the golf industry through this new partnership. “We are happy to be supporting CGSA with the sponsorship of this award. We know how important the Equipment Technician is to the overall golf course operation and are pleased to be able to recognize them,” said Greg Chilboyko, President, Prairie Turf Equipment.
The winner of the CGSA Prairie Turf Equipment Technician of the Year award will be recognized at the annual Awards Luncheon held at The Canadian Golf Course Management Conference in February each year.
