CGSA Fall Field Day - Registration Now Open

The CGSA Fall Field Day will take place from September 21-22, 2026 at Riverside Country Club in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Our host Superintendent is Douglas Campbell, AGS.

The Course at Riverside is an 18 hole, par 72 course with 5 tee boxes. With rolling fairways, mature trees and breathtaking river views, Riverside has long been considered one of Canada's most scenic and challenging courses. Riverside also boasts two of the best finishing holes in golf, making use of the flowing natural terrain and vistas of the South Saskatchewan River valley below. Riverside Country Club was ranked #53 on the ScoreGolf Top 100 Courses in Canada in 2024.

New this year: 18 holes of golf wil be held on Monday, September 21 at the Legends Golf Course in Warman, SK. Our host Superintendent is Matthew Choquette. You must be registered for the All Inclusive package to play at The Legends.

Open since 2011, the Legends Golf Club is Saskatchewan’s premium golf destination. Located 15 minutes north of Saskatoon, the Legends has hosted a number of Saskatchewan provincial championships including the PGA of Saskatchewan Legends Open. With five different tee boxes to accommodate golfers of all ages and skill levels, the Legends is a true test of golf for all to enjoy. As a true links style golf course, the Legends is protected by thick fescue, rolling fairways, and water coming into play on 10 of the 18 holes.

Fall Field Day registration includes all of the above but not the 18-hole event at The Legends Golf Club.

River Cruise Available: On Sunday, September 20th registrants will have the option to explore Saskatoon from the South Saskatchewan River on The Prairie Lily, sponsored by the Saskatchewan Turfgrass Association. Appetizers and drinks will be available during the event and registration is free.

Please Note: To register for the River Cruise on Sunday, September 20th be sure to check the box when registering. Limited spots are available on a first come, first serve basis.

There are limited spots available for the Fall Field Day so please register early if you wish to participate!

Registration for industry suppliers who are not sponsors will open on July 17.

Hotel Accommodations

We have a block of rooms available at the Sheraton Cavalier Hotel, located at 612 Spadina Crescent East, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Approximately a 15 minute drive from Riverside Country Club and the Airport, and a 25 minute drive from The Legends Golf Course.

Last day to book is Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

Special group rates are $219 per room per night. Complimentary parking is available for guests who book under the group block.

If you book a tee sponsorship for the Fall Field Day your company will be featured as a sponsor in GreenMaster, on all event signage, on the website and in GreenMatter. As a tee sponsor you are guaranteed a spot to participate in the golf tournament, however you must register and pay for that spot.
