We are showing support for our city and all of those essential workers serving on the front lines by going All In Amarillo .
Tuesday, June 2, 2020
For the last 9 weeks we have been sending out important business resource emails to our members twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays in order to stay on top of this rapid and ever-changing pandemic environment that affected all of our business community, city, state, and world. We are thrilled to see businesses beginning to reopen or expand their openings in order to get back to work and back to rebuilding our community's livelihood. As restrictions on business openings are lifting or lessening, we will be moving to primarily a once per week email to our members. Starting today, we will limit our Business Resource Update email to Tuesdays and no longer send a Thursday email. Of course, should we learn of important or urgent information we need to share with our members outside of the Tuesday boundaries, we will.

The Chamber is eagerly waiting to get back to celebrating our members through ribbon cutting ceremonies and providing valuable networking opportunities, educational events, and platforms for our members to be able to grow and rebound in this tough and historic time in our nation. As that happens, we will return to weekly emails that update our members on upcoming events, important legislative changes, new members, and positive news to celebrate.

We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and add new information and resources to our COVID Resource Page on our website that may be important to our members if needed and alert you to that information in our Tuesday emails.

As a non-profit organization, we rely on our membership dues as well as our non-dues revenue events to support our business community and continue our mission of enhancing business and industry growth while preserving a high quality of life. Now, more than ever, we appreciate the support we have received from all of you who have renewed your membership investment with the Chamber and stepped up to sponsor our past and future events.

On behalf of our Board of Directors, Staff and the Amarillo business community, we want to thank you for your continued support of the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce, and we look forward to serving you now and in the future. Please let us know what we can do to help your business.
