25th Almost Annual Good Times Celebration Barbecue Cook-Off
Thursday, October 7, 2021
5pm-8pm
Tri-State Fairgrounds
It's official! We will finally get to hold our 25th Annual Barbecue Cook-Off that was canceled last year. This year's event will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021. Everything you love about this event will stay the same, except for the location. We are thrilled to have found a new location for this year at the Amarillo Tri-State Fairgrounds in the parking lot just outside of the Amarillo National Center arena. This new location will allow us to have some extra room to move around and accommodate our 100+ cooking teams and all of the attendees. Ticket prices will remain the same at $30 in advance and $40 at the gate, and still include all you can eat, drink, and network! All-inclusive tickets will go on sale at noon on August 16th through all Panhandle Ticket outlets.

If you had a cooking team in our 2019 event, you should have gotten an email or text about reserving your space for this event. If you missed the email or are new and want more information about possibly becoming a sponsor and having a team, please contact Lindsey Arbeiter at 806-342-2006 or email lindsey@amarillo-chamber.org for details and costs.

Watch our website and social media for more barbecue cook-off information coming soon!

AMERICA'S SBDC WEBINAR ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 4TH FROM 11AM - 12PM

In 2020, 47% of small businesses experienced a cyber attack, making the risk of revealing your business and consumer data higher than ever. The average cost for a business to recover from one of these attacks is now just under $200,000 per incident, making it difficult for small businesses to recover after a major breach.

Join us for this webinar, presented by Jake Mitchell with Bazar Solutions, designed to help small business and eCommerce owners understand the critical risks associated with cybersecurity and how to protect business and consumer data and information.
