Changes with Annual Enrollment Period

To my clients: I have noticed that the insurance companies have become VERY AGGRESSIVE this year calling Medicare eligibles and discussing plan options and changes. I have had a couple of my clients switch insurance plans without actually knowing, if you do that, I am NO LONGER your Agent of Record.

PLEASE PLEASE, if you want to make a change in your insurance plan and coverage PLEASE contact ME, Theresa Cangemi …. so I can stay your Agent of Record and GET PAID for you staying as my client. This is how I earn a living.

I feel it is just wrong for the insurance companies to call on another agents clients and get them to switch plans, especially if a Medicare eligible says they have an agent and are working with an agent (another words, the agent or broker is NOT “missing in action” but active with their own clients).

CHANGES: Envision Insurance Company is rebranding to Elixir Insurance

For my clients who have enrolled in the EnvisionRx prescription plan the Envision company will be making some changes.

EnvisionRxPlus, is being rebranded to Elixir RxPlus.

So, what this means for you - IF YOU WANT TO STAY WITH THIS PRESCRIPTION PLAN:

Members IN OTHER STATES - NOT NEW YORK - would have to proactively

re-enroll in the Elixir RxPlus plan if they want to keep the low premium.

Members recently received their Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) which shows the changes for 2021.

What happens next:

If you want to keep the new ElixirRxPlus plan, then in New York there is nothing you need to do.

If you want to make a change to a different prescription plan, please call me and we can see what else is available.
