Announcement of the 17th International CHARGE Syndrome Conference Theme

Thank you to everyone who submitted a theme idea for the 17th International CHARGE Syndrome Conference, coming to the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX, July 22-25, 2027. We are pleased to announce the winning theme, “Don't Mess with CHARGE,” submitted by both Nancy Hartshorne and Sophia Chandy.

Click below to watch a short video with members of our community introducing the theme, and a message from Nancy Hartshorne, a 16-time Conference attendee, about what Conference means to her.

Help Make Conference a Success!

Conference is a little over a year away, but it's never too early to start planning! There are so many opportunities to volunteer for Conference, including joining the Pre-Conference Workgroup, which will begin meeting virtually in Fall 2026.

You can also help by submitting your story in the form of a short video, or a few sentences along with a photo, telling us what Conference means to you!

Summer Fun - Warm Weather Activities

Adults with CHARGE Corner – Meet David

My name is David Carlile, and I am an adult living with CHARGE syndrome. Growing up, much of my experience involved learning how to navigate a world that didn’t always fully understand or accommodate the complexity of CHARGE. Some aspects of my condition are visible, while others are not, and that combination has shaped how I experience relationships, communication, work, and identity.
