CHARMTV TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY WEATHER UPDATES DURING WINTER STORM STELLA

(March 13, 2017) - Via its on-air crawl technology, CharmTV will provide emergency weather and City of Baltimore employee leave updates during Winter Storm Stella which is expected to impact the Baltimore region as early as Monday evening.
Viewers may view emergency weather crawls on the CharmTV network located on Channel 25 on Comcast in Baltimore City.
Emergency crawl bulletins will also be available via http://charmtv.tv/watch-live.
