Two Community HealthChoices Workshops
Help your organization and the people you serve learn about Community HealthChoices (CHC) – the new Medicaid managed care program in Pennsylvania. CHC is the new Home and Community-Based Waiver program for older Pennsylvanians and individuals with disabilities who have a physical disability and/or a traumatic brain injury.

Join Pennsylvania Assistive Technology Foundation (PATF) and Pennsylvania Health Law Project (PHLP) for a free Lunch & Learn training. You will learn:

  • How individuals with disabilities and seniors can enroll in Community HealthChoices;

  • What services are available within the new waiver;

  • How someone can appeal a decision or file a grievance if they are denied a service they need.
