CHDC Participates in the 17th Annual Festival of Trees!
We are delighted in joining the Festival of Trees hosted by the Boyertown Area Multi-Service. There were over 30 beautifully decorated trees on display, including a CHDC tree decorated by some of our amazing staff. Our tree included blue and silvers colors, past CHDC ornaments, and healthcare ornaments.

Medicare Open Enrollment 2024 | |

Important Information from the CHDC Case Management Team
Medicare plans change from year to year, just as your healthcare needs do. "Open Enrollment" for Medicare changes began October 15th and runs through December 7th. This is when beneficiaries can join, switch, or drop Medicare Advantage, or Prescription Drug Plans.
CHDC’s Case Management team will help Medicare recipients navigate the Medicare registration process and understand the Medicare buy‐in program which helps eligible individuals pay for certain out‐of‐pocket healthcare costs. Medicare beneficiaries are encouraged to call and make an appointment with our Case Management team by giving us a call at 610-326-9460.

World AIDS Day
On World AIDS Day, we stand together to raise awareness, show support, and remember those affected by HIV and AIDS. The battle against this virus requires ongoing commitment, compassion, and collective effort to achieve a world where HIV is no longer a threat. As we celebrate this day, let's strive for a world where everyone can access comprehensive healthcare and live without fear of judgment.
It's important to get tested and know your status to help prevent the spread. Most people infected with HIV do not know that they have become infected! National Influenza Vaccination Week
Flu season is here! Make sure you stay protected in the upcoming winter months. If you haven't already been vaccinated, it's not too late! Getting vaccinated not only protects yourself but people who are more vulnerable to serious flu complications such as:
- Children younger than 5 years old
- Pregnant women
- Adults 65 years or older
- Nursing home residents or patients of long-term care facilities

COVID-19 Updates / N95 Mask Distribution | |

CHDC is pleased to offer the 2023-2024 Moderna Spikevax COVID-19 vaccine at our Coventry Mall and Barto locations. The CDC recommends receiving 1 dose of the current updated vaccine. CHDC offers these vaccines for both patients and community members 6 months of age and older. Vaccination cards are no longer needed. To schedule an appointment, please email covidreg@ch-dc.org or call 484-941-9991.
FREE N95 Masks are available, by request, to patients and community members at all CHDC locations. Patients will be able to request and pick up masks at their appointment or by coming to the health center. If you are not a patient, please visit one of our four (4) health center locations to request and pick up your masks.

New Vision Appointments Now Available
Check "eye exams" off your to-do list! In addition to our convenient weekly hours, we now have appointments available on the first Saturday of each month. Our next Saturday vision appointment availability will be on January 6th, 2024.
