CHDC is pleased to welcome Dr. Joshua B. Williamson, M.D. as a Board-certified Pediatrician, specializing in Sports Medicine to our Pottstown health center location at 351 W. Schuylkill Road, Pottstown 19465.
Pediatric appointments for ages newborn through age 17 are now available with Dr. Williamson. To schedule, please call 610-326-9460 and a member of our friendly staff will assist you.

CHDC and Tower Health have partnered to bring 3D Screening Mammograms to our Coventry Mall location in Pottstown, PA. The 3D Mobile Mammography Unit makes getting a mammogram easy, quick, and convenient – with state-of-the-art technology and expert staff.

National Nutrition Month
This month is about making informed food choices and developing healthy eating and physical activity habits!
CHDC staff wanted to share some healthy habits you can incorporate into your daily routine:
- Steam veggies instead of boiling to prevent vitamin and mineral loss.
- Aim for 2 servings of fruit per day and 3+ servings of vegetables daily.
- Make each week less stressful by meal planning and prepping over the weekend.
- Check out your local farmer’s market for seasonal produce.
- Try a healthy new recipe.

Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month
March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, and we want to share Frank's Patient Story to spread awareness about the importance of getting screened for colorectal cancer. Drug & Alcohol Facts Week (3/18-3/24)
The purpose of Drug & Alcohol Facts Week is to address drug and alcohol use especially among young individuals. Did you know that in Pennsylvania, 12 people die every day from opioid overdoses? And according to the 2022 National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH), 29.5 million people ages 12 and older (10.5% in this age group) had Alcohol Use Disorder in the past year.

COVID-19 Updates / N95 Mask Distribution | |
CHDC is pleased to offer the 2023-2024 Moderna Spikevax COVID-19 vaccine at our Coventry Mall and Barto locations. The CDC recommends receiving 1 dose of the current updated vaccine. CHDC offers these vaccines for both patients and community members 6 months of age and older. Vaccination cards are no longer needed. To schedule an appointment, please email covidreg@ch-dc.org or call 484-941-9991.
FREE N95 Masks are available, by request, to patients and community members at all CHDC locations. Patients will be able to request and pick up masks at their appointment or by coming to the health center. If you are not a patient, please visit one of our four (4) health center locations to request and pick up your masks.
