Land Banking and Concessionary Debt Webinars

OEDIT and CHFA are hosting informational webinars about the new Land Banking and Concessionary Debt programs authorized by Proposition 123. These programs are currently in development, and CHFA continues to seek stakeholder feedback on key program areas as we prepare for launch in July and throughout the summer. Register to attend these sessions to learn more about key program features and to provide your input as program development continues.
