Modular and Factory-built Program Webinar

• A forthcoming loan program for modular and factory-built housing manufacturers that will be managed by OEDIT through its Innovative Housing Incentive Program and administered by CHFA.
  
  
• The Modular and Factory-Built Finance program that will be managed by OEDIT and administered by CHFA through the Colorado Affordable Housing Financing Fund established by Proposition 123.

This webinar will provide information about both programs and seek stakeholder input on the Proposition 123 program, which is still in development. The application window for the IHIP program is scheduled to open on August 1, and the Proposition 123 component will begin accepting applications later this fall.
