CHFA is proud to announce its Round Two 2024 Direct Effect Award recipients. CHFA’s Direct Effect Awards recognize Colorado nonprofit organizations whose missions align with CHFA’s work to strengthen Colorado by investing in affordable housing and community development.
CHFA is donating $1,476,000 to 115 nonprofits through its Direct Effect program in Round Two, which received 239 applications seeking more than $6.5 million in combined funding.

This year, CHFA is celebrating 50 years of strengthening Colorado.
To commemorate, up to an additional five $50,000 awards will be given during
each of the two Direct Effect Awards rounds in 2024 to applications demonstrating an
exceptional alignment with CHFA’s mission. CHFA is pleased to announce the following five
