Part II - Path to Homeownership - The Basics will focus on introducing the steps to homeownership and how to plan a homebuying journey. Each event will build upon the previous one, but attendance is not required at all events. Participants can join the event series at any point. To celebrate, CHFA is hosting the Good to be home sweepstakes. Throughout the month, CHFA homeowners have shared how homeownership has changed their life along with a photo of them and their home. | | | proposition 123 funding plan published | The Proposition 123 Affordable Housing Financing Fund Fiscal Year 2026 Funding Plan is now available. It includes estimated funding allocations for Proposition 123 Land Banking, Concessionary Debt, and Equity programs, as well as the anticipated timing of competitive application rounds. Also included are the requirements and priorities established by the statute, as well as the strategic priorities established by the state, which will guide funding decisions. | | adu financing community engagement events | CHFA is hosting a series of community engagement events to obtain feedback regarding proposed Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) financing programs authorized under HB24-1152. These programs are currently in development and will be operated by CHFA under a contract with the Colorado Economic Development Commission and Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT).
