This fall, CHFA was proud to receive several awards, and recognition at the national level.
Brian Miller, CHFA Director of Asset Management, received a Contract Administration Special Recognition Award for Excellence in Asset Management by the Affordable Housing Management Association (AHMA). The award recognized Brian’s exceptional leadership and was given at the Rocky Mountain Heartland AHMA conference in September.
CHFA was also recognized among its peers at the annual conference for the National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) held in Phoenix in September. Additional details about the award are available on the NCSHA website.
Finally, CHFA earned a spot on the 2024 Fortune Best Medium Workplaces list. This list spans all industries and recognizes companies throughout the United States whose employee feedback demonstrates that they are among the top surveyed organizations overall.
