Delivering 10,000+ Meals To Rural Families
Day laborers and their families continue to suffer due to restricted movement. CHI so far has delivered 10,125 meals to children, many of whom normally get their daily nutrition at school, and their families in the form of weekly grocery kits.
1,100 Crucial Masks Distributed to Bhuj Community
Medical protective equipment continues to be scarce but our team in Bhuj has acted quickly to replicate the at-home mass production that is working so well in Jodhpur and Bhopal. Bhuj families have already produced 1,100 masks!
Lifesaving Hygiene Supplies Despite Scarcity
Due to their rural location and economic need, our partner families in Bhuj have almost no access to critical hygiene supplies that could save the lives of their family members. CHI is delivering weekly kits that include soaps, sanitizers and protective gear.
