Thank you for caring about your neighbor, your community, and our region's health. Because you care, your organizations could earn up to $50,000 to fund an innovation plan of action for a better, healthier WNC in the not-so-distance future.
This December, Nantahala Health Foundation plans to award Collaborative Health Innovation Program (or CHIP, because that's a mouthful) grants of up to $50,000 to organizations that demonstrate how their unique problem-solving initiative will improve health outcomes for everyone within our region. Recipients will be expected to work inclusively with their communities, make the most of existing resources, and to collaborate with at least one other organization as part of their problem-solving process.
