November at the studio this year is our "Month of Thanks"...despite all of the craziness this year has brought, we have so much to be grateful for! And so, as we head into the holiday season, we are making a concerted, continued effort to focus on gratitude...for our talented dancers, for our supportive parents, for our dedicated faculty & staff and for the opportunity to get up every day and do what we love.

Help us spread the thanks by taking an extra moment every day to show your appreciation for someone in your life - together we can set wonderful examples for our dancers and children. Let's all stay healthy AND happy!

Happy Dancing Always,
Nancy Chippendale

PARKING LOT SAFETY
Please remember the following when arriving at the studio for drop off and pick up!
  • DRIVE SLOWLY and look out for pedestrians. Thank you. :)
  • We're entering the snowy, slippery season! Please make sure your dancer has proper footwear for entering/exiting the studio, and we will do our best to keep the parking lot clear and dry.

COVID REMINDERS
As we head into the holiday season and you may be traveling to see family, please remember to follow all state travel guidelines for quarantine and/or testing prior to returning to dance. Windham dancers must follow NH Guidelines.

And as always...
  • *Remember your dancer's mask AND make sure it fits properly. Keep a spare one in the dance bag. Thank you!
  • Do not send your child to dance if anyone in your household has stayed out of school or work due to feeling under the weather - even if their symptoms aren't blatantly COVID-related.
  • Parents MUST wear a mask when at the studio - including in the parking lot. Help us keep our faculty and staff safe!
  • Late arrivals and early dismissals are not permitted. Our drop off and pick up procedures are organized to be as efficient as possible.
  • Masks with exhalation valves or vents may not be worn - they are not recommended by the CDC and are prohibited from our facilities.
SANTA PARADES
Given all of the current restrictions, and with the best interests of our dancers in mind, we have made the difficult decision to forego participation in local Santa and Holiday Parades this year, for those that have not already been cancelled.

We know our dancers look forward to this fun, festive tradition - as do we. But we will have lots of winter and holiday fun in the classroom, and look forward to resuming our parade participation in 2021!
VIRTUAL VISITORS DAYS
Keep an eye on your email throughout the month! While due to COVID restrictions we aren't able to host our typical Visitors Day at the beginning of November, you will be receiving a special sneak peek into your dancer's classes via videos! Emails will be sent by the end of November.
MONTH OF THANKS:
TOY DRIVES
Showing our gratitude also means taking opportunities to give back to our communities. So, as we approach the holiday season, all three CHIPPS locations will be hosting toy drives for local organizations distributing gifts to families in need.

Stay tuned for more information about how and when to drop off your donations! We will begin accepting them later this month.
TECHNIQUE CLASSES VIA
CHIPPS ON DEMAND
Is your 2nd-12th Grade dancer eager to fit more classes into each week? Now they can take technique classes from home whenever it's convenient, with CHIPPS On Demand!

Now available... OVERTIME: TAP with World Champion Cory Lunny, an 8-week tap technique program designed to push you to your tap limits and build on what you've learned. Week 1 is live NOW, and you can start whenever you want!

Coming soon... Lots more fun, including CRAZY 8'S starting in January with Karen, Kelli & Krissy Carberry! An 8-week program covering a variety of styles...you won't want to miss out!
SHOE FITTINGS
If/when your dancer outgrows their shoes, please email [email protected] with which type(s) and estimated size needed. A member of our team will coordinate an in-class fitting with your dancer's teacher, so there's no need to come before or after class. While sizes are not guaranteed to be in stock, we will gladly place orders as needed to ensure your dancer has the perfect fit! We realize you have a choice when it comes to purchasing new gear, and we thank you in advance for supporting our small business!
