Colorado Gives Day 2024

Early Giving Has Begun!

Want to make a big impact in conserving and stewarding the land we love across Grand County?

Donate through CO Gives Day TODAY!

Colorado Gives Day is on December 10 this year, but you can give today! Your support of Colorado Headwaters Land Trust through Colorado Gives will help protect the land we love in Grand County.

A new incentive this year is a match when you set up a monthly donation on ColoradoGives.org! Colorado Gives Foundation will match your first gift up to $100, and up to $250,000 total across all organizations! Monthly recurring donations are able to provide nonprofits like CHLT with steady, reliable support. Even small contributions given monthly can add up to make a big difference.

Every dollar you donate to CHLT helps us achieve our mission: conserving and stewarding the open lands and natural character of the headwaters of the Colorado River in partnership with the local community.

We are also proud participants of Grand County Gives, the local initiative to support all Grand County-based organizations. Learn more on the Grand County Gives fundraising page: https://www.coloradogives.org/community/Grandcountygives

Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years, and continue to show their support for our work throughout the county.
