When a person is born again, Christ comes to dwell in he or she-they become a new creation, sons and daughters of God. Because of this, this positions every believer to partake of the inheritance of the saints, and everything that HE IS.
Colossians 1:12 giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.
As we claim natural blessings, as we should. We must claim all of our spiritual blessings too. I want both, what about you?
Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.
We know those blessings are ours because of Jesus. Ask the Holy Spirit how you can enjoy from those blessings now.
Colossians 1:27 To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
Christ in you the hope of glory. Believers need to understand that the anointed one, Christ and His glory lives in them. That means everything who He is! His power, authority, love, life, and light is in you. We lack NOTHING! It's up to every believer to embrace these things in their life. Just as we receive salvation by faith, we receive everything else Christ has done for us through Faith and by Faith only.
Paul prays for believers to receive “the spirit of wisdom and revelation” and to know Christ and understand God’s purpose and power in their lives. Thank God, we have the Holy Spirit, we receive wisdom and revelation through Him.
Ephesians 1:17-18 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, 18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints
The ground of our hope is Christ…the evidence of our hope is Christ.
The purpose of Christ in us, is to show His Glory and power through us, the church.
Ephesians 1:19-23 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power 20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.
22 And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, 23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
Do you believe that His Glory is in you and that you represent Him on this earth? We the church are the physical body of Christ here. We are commissioned by Him to do His will. Go and do what the head of the church, Jesus, sent you to do.
Ephesians 2:6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.
Jesus rules from the right hand of God and seated us together in the heavenly places. We are in partnership with Him. He granted us the authority to exercise His Kingdom on this Earth. Amen!
