CHRO 101: From Complaint to Public Hearing
Whether representing the employee or the employer, this seminar will provide an overview of the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO) administrative process and the tools to successfully represent clients. The seminar will include a discussion on presenting strategic evidence and on drafting position statements given the referee's expectations when rendering a decision.
