CHRiS here 👋 - and I just have to say…you all are doing an amazing job navigating the new system. We’ve seen a noticeable decrease in support tickets, which tells us something important: you’re figuring it out. Keep it up!

As we head into the end of the month, here are a few key payroll deadlines to keep on your radar.

• CHRS Office Hours are available if you’d like to connect with us live for support. The last session is this Friday May 1!



• The CHRS Inquiry Form remains the best way to get timely assistance - most inquiries are resolved within 1–2 hours.

Please plan accordingly and do not wait until the last minute:

• Last day to enter and approve absences: April 30

• Last day to enter time worked: April 30

• Last day to make edits and approve time worked: May 5

We strongly encourage entering and reviewing time and absences on a weekly basis. This helps avoid last-minute issues and ensures you have time to troubleshoot and receive support if needed.

Another wave of CSU campuses will be joining CHRS, which requires a temporary system shutdown:

• Downtime begins: May 6 at 3:00 PM

• System restored: May 11 at 8:00 AM

During this time, CHRS will be completely inaccessible, so please plan ahead and complete any necessary entries or approvals in advance.
