How Civil Disobedience Led to Women’s Ordination , September 17

In recognition of the 50 th anniversary of the ordination of women in the Episcopal church (July 1974), CHS is hosting a viewing of the documentary, The Philadelphia Eleven, on Tuesday, September 17, from 7 – 9 PM , in the church sanctuary.

Following the 90 - minute film, the Rev Elizabeth Wigg - Maxwell will provide commentary, followed by a Q&A. More information >

Children's Formation

CHS Sunday Children's Formation meets at 10:00am in the St. Nicholas Room off the narthex. We will meet the first three Sundays of each month starting October 6 and continuing through May. Service Auction Food!

For this year's auction, the Food committee is planning an international buffet. The selections will include finger foods from countries around the globe. Do you have a family recipe that highlights the culture of another country? Would you be willing to share it?
