CHS senior Sophia Morales receives QuestBridge Scholarship to attend Washington and Lee University
A Carrollton High School senior who has hopes of becoming an educator has received a full ride scholarship to Washington and Lee University — a prestigious liberal arts college with an acceptance rate of 17 percent.

CUES Lego Robotics team shines bright with big victory
The Carrollton Upper Elementary School Lego Robotics team won first place in its First Lego League Lego project at the West Georgia FLL Regional Competition before Christmas break. Congratulations!

Back to school was a blast for students at Carrollton Elementary, thanks to the Winter Jam PBIS party. It celebrated good behavior and also brought CES students together for fun activities.

Exploring the cosmos at Carrollton Middle School
Sixth graders delved into the mysteries of the moon and sun, crafting delicious models with Oreos to showcase moon phases. After reviewing, they indulged in a sweet treat! They also learned about seasons, using flashlights to simulate the sun's angles and uncovering how light intensity impacts surfaces.
