Advanced Recycling: Seizing the Circular Plastics Opportunity
Several Canadian companies are leading the way on research into advanced recycling. These new technologies transform plastic products back into their basic molecules, allowing the production of new resins, pellets, and plastic products that will continuously recirculate in the economy. CIAC congratulates several members for their 2021 CN Safe Handling Award
CIAC congratulates our members who have been presented with the 2021 CN Safe Handling Award. Launched in 1992, this award is presented to customers who load freight cars with dangerous goods and meet strict standards for the safe handling and shipment of regulated products. The winners must meet established criteria, according to the total number of shipments of dangerous goods for all facilities.

TRANSCAER®’s virtual learning
Join the TRANSCAER team for one of our interactive learning sessions to increase awareness of rail safety, railway equipment, and transportation of dangerous goods. Sessions will also include a look inside the CCPX 911 tank car using TRANSCAER’s VR tools. These sessions will be offered on two different days: April 25, 2-3pm ET and April 26, 2-3pm ET.

CIAC welcomes Ontario’s Low Carbon Hydrogen Strategy
