In conjunction with closing the transaction, Tony Friesl, will step in as CEO to lead the business under CID's ownership. Tony conveyed his excitement upon joining Kind Water Systems, acknowledging the remarkable business established by founders Richie Stanley, Frank Capadona, and Edu Stuivenberg.
