Hi CIE Partners, 

Thank you all for joining us at the CIE Partner Gathering on October 27, 2022.

This month, we had an opportunity to connect and network with other attendees by joining a breakout room where we shared information about our "expressive item."

We welcomed one new CIE Partner:
Healthcare In Action
Serves patients experiencing homelessness through an innovative “street medicine” approach by contracting with Medicare and Medicaid health plans as well as hospitals and health systems.
Highlighted New Direct Referrals offered by:
And introduced our two newest 211/CIE members, Melissa Davis and Joanna Oboza, and celebrated Nakisha Jones' 1 year work anniversary.
