Thank you for joining us at the CIE Partner Gathering on June 26, 2023.
In Celebration of Pride Month, we asked partners that are queer to share what they love the most about being a queer person, and partners that are allies, to share what makes them the most proud of their LGBT loved ones!
We observed Juneteenth's history by sharing ideas from Museum Hack on ways to honor Juneteenth in the workplace while celebrating Black Heritage and fostering employee engagement.
Lisa Nava and Nani Higgs from the North County LGTBQ Resource Center, one of our most recent CIE partners, joined us and presented information on their programs and services, including Unicorn Homes serving homeless youth; their ongoing events and celebrations for the LGTBQ community including Pride By the Beach; and shared why they joined CIE which will help with scaling up their services, increase their capacity to serve clients, better coordinate care for their clients, and open doors of communication and resources to partners in San Diego County.
Karis Grounds and Alana Kalinowski led an interactive activity where they demonstrated the value of using the Program Enrollments feature in CIE and received feedback on how partners can use the feature to track current and past programs clients have participated in to make informed decisions and better coordinate care for clients.
