CIE PARTNER MEETING RECAP
Hi CIE Partners, 

Thank you all for joining us at the CIE Partner Gathering on Thursday, June 23, 2022.

Tannissha Harrell, CIE San Diego's Engagement Director opened up the meeting with the Dali Llama's 18 rules of living. This mindful exercise brought focus and awareness of our feelings "in the moment" without interpretation or judgment. 


We also enjoyed hearing about San Diego Community College District's San Diego Promise program, which offers unparalleled access to a community college education by removing financial barriers and providing wrap-around support.

In acknowledgment of the many celebrations in June, including Pride Month, Immigrant Heritage Month, and Juneteenth, we wish you all a world where everyone can grow, exist, love, and thrive.

The City of Vista Social Work team comprises of one care manager who provides case management services such as coordination of care, physical health, mental health, substance abuse, county benefits, and community referrals as well as one housing navigator who assists clients with finding, getting, and maintaining appropriate housing. Services are primarily offered off-site and in the community.
Rock Church

Provides home delivery of a variety of fresh and non-perishable food items one day per month to homebound older adults and vulnerable individuals in San Marcos.
