(Dec 4th @ 12 pm CST / 1 pm EST)

Presented by CIPS Saskatchewan:

Strategies for Solving Problems with End User Empathy

Virtual Event - Wed Dec 4th 2024 @ 12 pm CST / 1 pm EST

Mike Stefaniuk is the Director of Business Development (IoT and Digital Transformation) at SaskTel. He and his team are responsible for identifying and developing next generation services and business models, often working closely with customers and partners, with particular emphasis on IoT, Analytics, and AI. As the path of this journey is not clear and obvious, Mike and team must use a broad set of tools and techniques to identify and work through problems to come up with solutions.

This presentation will highlight some of the tools and approaches used to identify, test, validate, and implement these solutions, highlighting how to think and the importance of storytelling.

Join ERA’s 12 Days of Electronics Giving

to Make an Impact This Holiday Season

Featured Article from the ERA (Electronic Recycling Association), a CIPS Partner

This holiday season, the Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) invites individuals and businesses across Canada to participate in our 12 Days of Electronics Giving. This initiative encourages the donation of pre-owned electronics, supporting charities and nonprofits in need of essential technology while reducing electronic waste.

Program Overview

Between now and January 31, 2025, participants who donate 20 or more devices—such as laptops, computers, cell phones, or tablets—will receive a complimentary ERA service or membership valued at up to $100. ERA will securely data-wipe and refurbish all donated equipment, providing reliable technology to organizations that depend on it to serve their communities.

Why Participate?

Your donations directly benefit charities and nonprofits across Canada by equipping them with the technology they need to continue their work effectively. Every device donated brings us closer to clearing our waitlist of charities in need, and every contribution helps to promote sustainable practices by giving electronics a second life.

Key Details

  • Complimentary Pick-Ups: Available through January 31, 2025
  • Incentives: Eligible donors receive a complimentary ERA service or membership
  • Terms: Offer subject to ERA’s terms and conditions

Make a meaningful impact this season by donating your surplus electronics and supporting those who rely on technology to fulfill their missions. Contact us today at 1-877-9EWASTE to schedule your donation pick-up and join us in spreading the gift of connectivity and opportunity.
