We thank you for your continued support as we continue to work through transition. We are very excited about the new efficiencies that our central pay software is offering, including opportunities to accept electronic fund transfers from you, and provide you with detailed statements.

Of course, as this is a transition, we are still identifying areas for improvement and working with the software developers on a regular basis. Again, without your continued support and patience we couldn’t be successful.

We are currently working on updating the GreenBook and a new version will be sent to you on April 1.

Premier Pearl and Gem
We are a second-generation family-owned business supplying & servicing the Canadian market for more than 40 years.

We import & wholesale pearls, and manufacture pearl jewelry. Our main pearl lines are South Sea pearls, Tahitian pearls, and Japanese Akoya pearls in all price points, and in every shape, size and color. We also do carry a good selection of seed pearls & Mabe pearls. Our finished jewelry line consists of 14kt and 18kt sets, and customs items.

With associate family-owned offices worldwide, in the USA, Germany, Japan & Tahiti, we strive to pass on the savings to our customers, as well as working with our clients for tailor made solutions that work in their individual markets. We work with retail store operations, as well as goldsmiths who are more geared towards creating custom items.

National Jewellery Store Survey
We want your input!!
 
We at CJG are looking for your input. This upcoming CJG buying show's education afternoon will differ from all others. We want to reveal results from a Nationwide Jewellery Store Survey.   
 
It is an opportunity for members to share information such as repair pricing, margins on stock, and the % spent on advertising, to name a few things. We are excited to bring this to the group!
 
What would your top questions be? Possible examples - What % does your store spend on advertising? What margin do you get on loose diamonds? What is your store's G.P % for the year?
