NHS TUTORING PROGRAM
National Honor Society is an organization dedicating to fostering high standards of scholarship and leadership through service to the school and community. One of the goals of NHS is to help the
Christ the King community excel academically. We are proud of our NHS members for organizing a peer tutoring program to help achieve this goal. For more information on how to set up a NHS tutor please contact the guidance office.

LETTERS TO OUR VETERANS
Each year students in Ms. Bronnenkant's English classes write letters to veterans to thank them for their service to our country. Christ the King is proud to continue this assignment each year.

TURKEY DRIVE
There is still time for us to reach our goal of 150 turkeys.

We are asking the Christ the King Community to come together and donate to The Hungry Monk, a not-for-profit organization founded by alumnus Michael Lopez ('01). Turkey donations will be accepted in the Christ the King lobby until 11/15.

CK Kids is asking the Christ the King Community to come together and make this a magical holiday season by sponsoring a Christmas tree or ornament.

The CK Kids walkway is lined with trees that will be decorated for all to see! Family or business names will be displayed for all sponsors.

Sponsorships can be purchased at the CK Shop! Thank you in advance for your contribution.

Middle Village Prep's National Junior Honor Society students visited
All Faiths Cemetery to respectfully place flags on the graves of Veterans. They discussed the sacrifices and services that were made by the brave men and women who served our country and were taught that unlike Memorial Day, Veterans Day pays tribute and to honor American veterans of all wars.

Have a story idea? We welcome your input! Please email media@ctkny.org
