NEW
FACULTY
This school year it is our pleasure to welcome several new and returning faculty members to Christ the King High School. We know they will be a great addition to our current faculty and we are looking forward to their contributions to our school.

As we feature each of them on social media please join us in welcoming them into the CK Family.

PARENTS' GUILD WINE & CHEESE
This past Friday the Parent's Guild of Christ the King HS held their first event of the year! The Board of Trustees, Administration, faculty, staff and parents joined together for the Annual Wine & Cheese. The evening was filled with delightful conversation, food and drink. Thank you to alumna and moderator Ms. Munoz and all who helped her organize such a wonderful event. We are looking forward to the continued involvement of the Parent's Guild with the Christ the King Community.

RELAY FOR
LIFE
The CK Community was well represented at the Relay for Life of Middle Village. Thank you to all who participated and donated to the CK Team.

We raised over $1,500 dollars, placing us in the top 10 donors for the event.

BROADCASTING &
MEDIA CLUB
Clubs and sports are in full swing!
Christ the King Broadcasting & Media Group had its first assignment of the school year, setting up a photoshoot for fall sports. Photos taken will be used for our lobby TV's, Game Day graphics and more! Christ the King Broadcasting & Media Group will have assignments throughout the school year covering different events and designing announcements for social media!

This club will give students the opportunity to explore the world of videography, photography, video & photoshoot editing, graphic designing, show producing, sports announcing and writing.

Physical outside play can help a child learn about the world around them, but it also can help students optimize both their mental and physical health. Our Daycare and Pre-K students have the opportunity to take advantage of the beautiful CK Campus and incorporate nature walks into their curriculum.

Check out our Ducks and Lions class as they looked for leaves this past week.

CK Kids programs have begun!

CK Kids offers a variety of programs for all interests for boys and girls ages 2 & Up. Classes such as dance, acrobatics, karate, art, cooking and more are offered six days a week.

One advantage of the CK Campus is that many of our classes are conveniently scheduled after the school day for our 3-K and Pre-K students to attend. School and activities in one location saves our parents time.

Registration is ongoing, check out all CK Kids has to offer.

After a long year and a half of COVID quarantines, physical activity is more important then ever. In gym class Middle Village Prep students have been going through a variety of exercises and learning how each exercise works the muscle. Students also have been up and moving in dance class.
