The graduate students of the Department of Spanish & Portuguese welcome you to take part in their 23rd Annual Hispanic and Lusophone Studies Symposium on March 20-21, 2020. They welcome traditional papers, as well as works in other formats (including performance, creative writing, and video essays, among others) dealing with any aspect of literatures and cultures in the Luso-Hispanic world. The aim is to create a collaborative environment in which we can critically discuss issues and concerns, while establishing a dialogue between time, space, subjects, theories, and practices. Abstracts are now due by January 24, 2020 and should not exceed 250 words. |
