Kristin Gallego, Owner, Artistic Landscape


Kristin got her start in the industry a little over 20 years ago when her and her husband started their first landscape company, specializing in Residential Design Build. Since then, they have pivoted into Commercial Landscape, but Kristin’s passions in the industry remain the same, designing beautiful, sustainable landscapes that elevate and bring purpose to any outdoor space. With four children, Kristin doesn’t only pride herself in being a good leader, but also raising up the next generation of leaders, whether that be her own children or those that she works with and employes.

Cassidy Lundin, President of Tree Sculpture & Terra Landscape


Cassidy is the President of Terra Landscape and Tree Sculpture. He has 20 years’ experience driving operational effectiveness and managing customer relations. He is dedicated to learning about his customers, helping to identify their challenges, and developing creative solutions, particularly as they relate to water management and conservation. Cassidy earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2001 from Davidson College in North Carolina. He continued his studies in landscape horticulture at Merritt College in Oakland. Cassidy is ReScape Certified as both a Landscape Design and Maintenance Professional. 

Loren McIrvin, CEO Allied Landscape


A passionate leader and industry visionary, Loren is recognized as a pioneer in approaching commercial landscape management in the San Francisco Bay Area from a sustainable and equitable perspective. Proud to Lead Allied Landscape, an organization focused on growing peoples' potential and caring for the environment, Loren serves as CEO and prides himself on team building and embracing cutting edge practices and technologies that reduce costs and improve the environment.

Eric Santos,


Eric Santos has worked in the green industry since 1993 and has held several different leadership roles in his time working for a national commercial landscape maintenance company. Eric has served on the IA, the CLCA and the ReScape Board of Directors. Eric will share his insight into the importance of customer satisfaction and communication.
