Thank you!
Dave & Keith want to thank the entire community for doing a great job of obeying the rules and not parking on the roads this past weekend. We were able to plow the roads quicker and did not have to stop to make phone calls to get vehicles moved or pass up certain roads or cul-du-sac.
CLCC has new equipment
Check out our new equipment. As you all are aware during the fire we lost the shop and our bobcat. This mini-loader has been purchased to replace the bobcat.

Keith CLCC Maintenance Tech pictured by it will be the main operator.

Grand Lake Business Relief Fund
A group of volunteers has created a Grand Lake Business Relief Fund ( under The Grand Foundation umbrella).

They have requested that we share this flyer with you to spread awareness of their program. CLCC HOA is not affiliated with this program or requesting homeowners to donate, unless they want to. We felt this was good information to share with everyone on how folks from Grand County are helping local businesses in Grand Lake.

A team including Andy Marshall and Ernie Bjorkman are available to answer any questions by calling them at 970-887-3111 ext. 3.
