Annual Database Rollover

Districts should generate and save the Student Results Export or other reports by July 15th. The Student Results Export can be saved as an Excel file for analysis and uploaded into other tracking systems. All student data will be removed from the platform to prepare for the next school year. Make sure to export your data before summer break!

ABC Names and Numbers for Pre-K Error Correction

There was a scoring error in the Letter Names and Sounds cut points, based on Texas Prekindergarten Guidelines requiring 20 letter names and sounds to be "On Track." Some children were mistakenly marked as “Needs Support.” The ABC Names and Numbers measure on CLI Engage has been updated, and scores corrected. Teachers are advised to download updated MOY reports and reassess at EOY to ensure progress towards end-of-year outcomes.

K: Texas Kindergarten Entry Assessment (TX-KEA)

TX-KEA is an approved reading instrument that meets the requirements for dyslexia screening.

Kindergarten Early Reading Indicator (ERI) and dyslexia risk codes must be submitted to TEA by June 19, 2025.

1st & 2nd Grades: TPRI and Tejas LEE

TPRI and Tejas LEE are approved reading instruments that meet the requirements for dyslexia screening. 

• Grade 1 ERI codes and dyslexia risk codes are due June 19, 2025.
• Grade 2 ERI codes are due on June 19, 2025.
