From James Johnson, GM--
Wednesday June 3 from 9-2 we will be having our first shred drop-off day since March 4
th
. We are expecting a very good turnout. We will have cones and signs directing traffic that day.
We have started receiving some small assembly jobs as well. We are working on plans to bring people back that are ready to work.
I have already scheduled 9 bulk pickup jobs for June and will start filling July soon.
The Firelands Advisory Board held its first meeting on Friday May 29
th
.
As the workshop opens back up-- CLI & Firelands Local LLC will need to separate a bit more so that we can make the best use of the workshop building.
I would also like to remind everyone that even though things are starting to re-open, there is still a virus out there. People are still getting COVID-19. One of the biggest reasons both CLI and FL are slowly opening is that we are putting strict protocols in place to protect staff and clients. We want everyone to feel safe when they come to work or go to a hub and then go back home.
Stay positive.
If anyone wants to have some real fun, join me on Lisa’s dance party next Thursday at 2pm. I’ll show you some of my dance moves and I expect you to show me some of yours.
