John's Usual Excuses & Apologies--

I hope that all of you are enjoying a relaxing and safe holiday. I know that all of us at CLI are looking forward to embracing the unique challenges coming at us all in 2021. It's going to be a good year!

CLI programs start up again on Monday, January 11th. You probably won't be able to reach CLI staff over the holiday break as I've told everyone to set extended vacation messages. I want them all recharged and ready to hit the ground when we're back together!
If you need something while CLI is closed, please contact your SSA and/or the on-call SSA. If it's an emergency of course call 911, but if you need help getting in touch with your SSA over break, you can call or text my number (419-706-5137). I probably will not pick up, but I will be checking messages.

If you need something, leave a detailed message about what you need help with. I'll either call you back or put you in touch with the right person (if I can).

Have a good break. Make plans to do stuff that otherwise you can't do because of the normal 9-5 grind. The time will go quickly. Stay safe (and wash your hands). Happy New Year!
John

CLI wants this quote to be true in 2021-- a problem we would love to have!

“A business absolutely devoted to service will have only one worry about profits. They will be embarrassingly large.”
-- Henry Ford
Just a few more fun Christmas pics--Including an Ugly Sweater Contest of course!

Tammy was voted most flammable, Haven most creative, Kerrie most funny, although there were obviously many close contenders!

Firelands Local LLC Update:
Bet you didn't know that the Shred Van went quite this far north, did you?
From GM James Johnson--
I hope everyone had a relaxing and wonderful Christmas.

I know there have been a lot of firsts this year. Our family had a zoom gift exchange. It was very weird but awesome at the same time.

Despite only having a short week (closed on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, we were able to get a large amount of work done. We completed just under 20,000 items and shredded 8,000 pounds. We were all very anxious for the much needed break.

I would also like to wish everyone a very happy new year.
