GPA customer service changes

To all our valued GPA customers,
 
The Georgia Ports Authority Client Relations Center has made several changes in the past few years and will continue to evolve in an effort to better service our customers and elevate the customer experience. Some of those changes included:
 
  • The formation of specialty teams to assist with our customers' specific needs
  • The implementation of a new web-based phone system to better assist our customers during office hours and after standard hours if needed
  • The implementation of a chat feature to answer inquiries as quickly as possible
  • Revamping our processes to identify and eliminate any possible gaps 
 
Along with these changes, we are excited to rebrand from the Georgia Ports Authority Client Relations Center to the Georgia Ports Authority Customer Service Center.
