Georgia Ports is pleased to announce enhancements to our gate operation. Beginning Monday, August 1, 2022, Gate 4 at Garden City Terminal will be open from 0400 – 2100 Monday through Friday.
Operating hours for Gates 3 and 8 at Garden City Terminal and Gate 3 at Ocean Terminal will not change.
New operating hours of service will be available at Gate 4 ONLY:
- Hours of operation will be 0400 – 2100 with a flex lunch hour from 1100 – 1300 and work through from 1800 – 2100.
- Cut-off for both pick-up and drop off tickets will be 2015.

Gate 4 perimeter gate will close at 2015.
- Reefer services will be offered from 0600 - 1645 as normal (daily reefer cut-offs of 1615 for a pickup ticket and 1645 for a drop-off).
Saturday gate operations will remain as currently offered at Garden City Terminal.
The following gate interchange operating conditions will apply for dry containers only during Saturday gate operations. (Services will be available at Gate 4 ONLY)
- Hours of operation will be 0600 - 1700 with a flex lunch hour (work through lunch hours 1100 – 1300)
- Cut-off for pick-up tickets will be 1600
- Cut-off for drop-off tickets will be 1630
- Perimeter gate will close at 1630
No reefer services are available on Saturday. Reefer and maintenance services should be authorized and coordinated through the ocean carrier.
