To better assist our customers and in the interest of promoting safety, the Georgia Ports Authority Customer Service Center is implementing a speech recognition feature on its phone system effective Monday, Aug. 2.
This feature gives GPA customers the ability to use hands-free voice commands. To use this feature, call 912-963-5526 and provide a few words about the information needed.
Command options will include last free day, gate hours, chassis and TWIC/Credentialing. The phone will automatically route customers to the appropriate queue based on their needs.
