Year End Legislative Update

BOMA Cal has been working nonstop to (i) support bills that are in the best interest of commercial real estate; (ii) oppose bills that are detrimental to our industry; and (iii) negotiate revisions or "water down" those bills we know will be passed given the current state of the assembly in California.
