Seminar Marketing

Do you want to increase your reputation and your business? One of the most efficient, effective and fastest forms of marketing is simply holding a seminar. If you are an accomplished speaker, you know the how easy and profit-generatin g a seminar can be. If you are not experienced at public speaking, no problem, we will help you become a great speaker. You will increase your professional reputation among your peers and community as you increase your business quickly!   Living In Place Co-Founder, Erik Listou, says his first consumer seminar, many years ago, yielded a $60k contract in two weeks!

We currently have three presentations available, only to CLIPP graduates. Samples are shown below. The first two presentations include many tips on how and when to set up, advice on body language and detailed notes om every slide for making you an engaging and polished presenter. We will even help you customize your presentation with your name, photo, logo and contact information.

You will earn CLIPP CEUs every time you present one of these topics.

1st Presentation. This one-hour or less presentation is designed for consumer groups. Reach out to groups like the Rotary, Kiwanis, churches, senior centers, community centers. etc. They will love you for the information and attendees will seek you out as the trusted expert they want to hire. You will be awarded CEU credits towards your CLIPP renewal.

2nd Presentation. This one-hour presentation is designed for professional groups. Local associations are typically hold monthly meetings and this is a great topic to present. Your peers will gain new respect of you as an true expert. You will be awarded CEU credits towards your CLIPP renewal. The presentation has been approved for CEU by the NKBA, ASID, IIDA, IDC and others.
3rd Presentation.  This is designed to show to leadership of industry associations. This may be a great way to acquaint your local association the importance of bringing these programs to general membership. You will be awarded CEU credits towards your CLIPP renewal.
