PARTICIPANTS NEEDED: Brock University Research Study about self-confidence and burnout for support professionals in the disability services sector.
Kayla Cormier from Brock University, under the supervision of Dr. Laura Mullins, is conducting a research study to investigate the relationship between self-confidence and burnout for professionals in the disability services sector who support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
They are looking to recruit a variety of direct support professionals (e.g., disability support professional, instructor-therapist, behaviour-therapist, registered behaviour technician, direct support worker) and/or leaders in direct support (e.g., managers, supervisors, directors, or organizers of a support team or support environment for people with disabilities) to complete the survey.
The survey is entirely confidential and anonymous, and participants who complete the survey can enter a draw for one of six $25 Amazon gift cards.
